I was with the program through November 2005. \nWhat was your greatest achievement while working at T.E.A.C.H.? Starting up the program in MI (from hiring staff\/building a team, to setting up scholarship models, to working with higher edu, informational sessions, etc. ). It was a big lift at the time. \nHow has Early Childhood Education changed since you were the director of T.E.A.C.H.? The emphasis on early childhood has been elevated in new ways, including pay disparities for those working in the field. \nTell us about what T.E.A.C.H. looked like when you were the director?
