Uns haben bisher daf\u00fcr die Worte gefehlt…\nUnserer Familie und unseren Mitarbeitern geht es gut und keiner wurde verletzt. \nWir haben dramatische Tage hinter uns und wohl auch noch sehr viele vor uns. Das Hochwasser hat unser Weingut so gut wie v\u00f6llig zerst\u00f6rt. Unsere Vinothek und der alte Weinkeller mit Schatzkammer sowie das B\u00fcro wurden komplett geflutet und unter Schlammmassen begraben. Die Produktion, das Barrique-und Tanklager, die Maschinenhalle und das Flaschenlager wurden von der 6 m hohen \u201cFlutwelle\u201d erfasst. Fast alle Barriquef\u00e4sser sind weggeschwommen, zum Gro\u00dfteil sogar die Tanks und unsere Weinpresse viele Kilometer mitgerissen. Wir stehen quasi vor dem Nichts. \nDas alles verschwimmt aber hinter der Tatsache, dass viele Menschen ihr Leben verloren haben. \nDas alles w\u00e4re Grund zum Verzweifeln, doch die Solidarit\u00e4t, Hilfsbereitschaft und Empathie, die uns von euch allen zu Teil wird, \u00fcberw\u00e4ltigt uns und gibt und Kraft und Mut die anstehenden Aufgaben zu bew\u00e4ltigen und positiv in die Zukunft zu schauen. Unser wichtigstes Gut, die Weinberge sind zum Gro\u00dfteil unbesch\u00e4digt. \nWir stehen hier im Schulterschluss zusammen. Unsere tollen Mitarbeiter haben zum Teil auch all ihr Hab und Gut und ihre H\u00e4user verloren, doch wir sind uns einig, dass wir einen gemeinsamen Neustart schaffen werden!\nIm Moment sind wir dabei zu retten, was zu retten ist, unversehrte Flaschen und Habseligkeiten zu bergen. Wir haben nach wie vor keinen Strom und kein Wasser in Dernau, ebenso kaum Netz. Die Infrastruktur ist in jeder Hinsicht sehr eingeschr\u00e4nkt. Daher wird es noch ein paar Tage dauern, bis wir wieder per Email und Telefon erreichbar sind.
