Message:<\/td>\n Repost from @blend_4\n\u2022\nIl Pajor\u00e8 si trova a nord-ovest del comune di Treiso, sotto il cru di Montaribaldi, il quale invece si trova nel comune di Barbaresco. In una zona baciata dal signore per quando riguarda le caratteristiche pedoclimatiche e di conseguenza della qualit\u00e0 dei vini che se ne ricavano. La famiglia Dellapiana della cantina Rizzi ne possiede tre ettari ed \u00e8 stato vinificato per la prima volta nel 2004. Enrico Dellapiana, con la sorella Jole, prosegue l'egregio lavoro ereditato dal padre Ernesto, continuandone lo stile aziendale che vede affinamenti solo in botti grandi e vuole mettere in risalto la centralit\u00e0 dei cru, attraverso uno stile che privilegia corpi snelli e longilinei, andandone a risaltare principalmente quel carattere, chiamiamolo col termine "nervoso", in linea con quelli che sono i parametri del villaggio di Treiso. \nI Dellapiana si dicono entusiasti dell'annata 2017, in quanto hanno deciso di fare i cru e hanno ammaestrato quei tratti focosi e abbastanza contenuti nelle acidit\u00e0 del millesimo, se paragonato alla 2016. La raccolta delle uve con una buonissima maturazione fenolica, hanno permesso di produrre dei vini suadenti nell'immediato, ma che sapranno trarre beneficio del tempo anche sul lungo periodo. \nQuesto Pajor\u00e8 si presenta nel bicchiere con una veste rubino di estrema lucentezza, trasparenza e dal grande fascino. Gi\u00e0 dal colore ti coinvolge e ti trascina all'interno di un bouquet cristallino nella definizione aromatica, preciso, nitido. Il frutto racconta principalmente di frutta rossa a bacca rossa, quella che richiama grinta e acidit\u00e0. Lo sviluppo con l'ossigenazione poi fa uscire dei tratti pi\u00f9 caldi, figli dell'annata, che portano maggiore attraenza e quella suadenza raccontata sopra. Palato dinamico, avvolgente, come dicevamo, sul finale esce quel tratto "nervoso" dato dalla grinta del tannino, pur mantenendosi con un taglio minuto e ben fatto e che trover\u00e0 col tempo la giusta armonia.
