This included their publicly accessible data as well as any internal information that could be made public. By using advanced algorithms and machine learning techniques, we were able to create a comprehensive database of knowledge that could be easily accessed by our client&#8217;s customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Next, we used GPT to create a chatbot model that could understand and respond to customer inquiries in a natural and conversational manner. This chatbot was designed to help customers find answers to their questions quickly and easily, without the need for human assistance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The implementation of this chatbot resulted in a significant reduction in customer support costs for our client, while also providing a unique and enjoyable experience for their customers. Their customers were able to get the information they needed without having to wait on hold, and the chatbot was able to answer a wide range of questions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Overall, the use of AI and GPT in this project was a game changer for our client. They were able to streamline their customer support process, lower costs, and provide a better experience for their patients.
